Product Raw Materials

Aluminum panel: Mainly use high-quality 3003H24 alloy aluminum plate or 5052AH14 high manganese alloy aluminum plate as the base material, and the thickness is 0.7~1.5mm gas carbon roller coating plate.
Aluminum base plate: The base plate thickness is 0.5-1.0mm
Aluminum honeycomb: The core material uses hexagonal 3003H18 aluminum honeycomb core, aluminum thickness 0.04~0.07, side length 5-6mm.
Adhesive: Use two-component polymer epoxy film and two-component modified epoxy resin.

Pre-roll coated board

The surface of the aluminum honeycomb panel is coated with a one-time pre-roller fluorocarbon polymer coating, which can effectively control the color difference and flatness of the surface paint of the aluminum plate, successfully eliminate the problem of coarse particles in the traditional spraying process, and the color is uniform, delicate, soft and bright. The main component of fluorocarbon polymer coating contains no less than 70% Kynar500 or Hylar5000 fluorocarbon resin, which is a durable combination coating with the most stable molecular structure. Products coated with fluorocarbon materials can withstand ultraviolet rays in the sun, industrial waste gas, acid rain and chemical erosion for a long time, and can maintain color stability and smoothness for a long time, and the coating will not peel off, crack or powder.

Aluminum honeycomb panels use high-strength 3003 aluminum alloy as panels and high-density aluminum honeycomb core as core material. The conventional thickness of the panels is 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and the overall thickness of the panels is 10mm, 15mm, and 25mm. Other specifications, structures, and sizes can be designed and manufactured as needed to meet the needs of various uses.
