PROJECT INTRODUCTION

Xinjin has a lot of water, and the Nanhe River in the south of the city is wide, and it is said that the custom of dragon boat racing has existed since the Tang Dynasty. The shape of the Xinjin Sports Center is based on the dragon boat.
It embodies the sports spirit of “a hundred boats competing for the flow, the first to advance with oar”, and utilizes the groundscape ramp to connect with the Citizen's Park, forming an integrated design of “arena + park”.
The project integrates the functions of leisure, fitness, sports and exhibition, and is a sports landmark that serves the citizens of the whole region and has the ability to organize regional and national events.
The stadium, sports park and road are designed as a three-dimensional whole, and the stadium can be connected naturally with the sports park through the rooftop recreational walkway, making reasonable use of the site space and maximizing the efficiency of the spatial landscape.
The sports park is equipped with functional facilities such as a 200-meter epoxy runway, activity plaza, resting promenade, roller skating space, children's facilities, fitness facilities, LOHAS Bazaar, and public restrooms, and the design of a slow-moving system,
Implanting culture and park city scenes, it meets the diversified needs of citizens for outdoor, leisure, recreation, sports, fitness and consumption.
The shape of the building takes the arc shape of the dragon boat shuttling through the water as the mother theme, and the rowing of the paddles together is refined into vertical lines, showing the traditional culture of Xinjin dragon boat racing and the exciting and energetic sportsmanship, bringing a lively and upward skyline to the urban space and forming a city landmark.
