PROJECT INTRODUCTION
The creation of the façade was the most difficult part of the design process, in order not to affect the lighting and ventilation.
In order not to affect the lighting and ventilation, the design team covered the decorative marks and air conditioning units left behind by the original building with lightweight louvers with a strong sense of modeling and three-dimensionality, thus creating a shading effect and visual contrast.
This is not only a manifestation of aesthetic attributes, but also a reflection of local considerations, which enhances the support and wind resistance of the façade in accordance with the region's typhoon meteorological conditions.
The spotlights on the façade create a gradual halo lighting effect through the louvers, as if it is a preview of a slightly intoxicated night.
